Peter Mihaichuk is a film Production Designer and Art Director with almost two decades of experience working across feature films and series. He is known for creating immersive, story-driven environments that emphasize strong world building, rich texture, and a cohesive visual language.
Working primarily in elevated genre spaces, Peter’s designs support tone and character while remaining grounded and practical. A highly collaborative creative, he works closely with directors and cinematographers to translate story and performance into believable, visually compelling worlds.
Select credits include Thanksgiving, Letterkenny, Star Trek Discovery, and American Gods, among others. Across both independent and studio productions, Peter brings a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach shaped by extensive on-set experience and a deep understanding of the full art department process.
Peter is a full member of the Directors Guild of Canada.
